Funding for 3 independent zine makers, first time zine markers, and new zine ideas, for evergreen content zines that can be printed on a standard office printing size (Letter, Legal, Tabloid).
We have 3 - 5 spots for local musical and performance art acts to perform at our group showcase at the Elgin Art Showcase in October.
